Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to find their state’s refund information, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
How the site is designed
Pages use semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, descriptive link text, labeled form controls, alternative text for meaningful images, and a skip link. Layouts are responsive and can be enlarged without requiring a separate mobile site. Core state pages work without client-side JavaScript.
External government services
State and federal refund tools are operated by their agencies, so their accessibility is outside our control. If an online tool is difficult to use, the relevant state guide also lists the agency’s phone number and operating hours when published.
